Food, family and tradition are the ingredients that have long made the Stefani Restaurant Group an enduring success. The group's inception began in 1980 when Phil and his Uncle Lino opened Stefani’s on Fullerton. The popularity of Stefani’s grew and the expansion began. Currently, the Stefani Restaurant Group operates a multitude of venues from upscale steakhouses to authentic Roman pizza bars and everything in between. The group also boasts a catering & events company and recently added a food truck to the mix.
The opening of MAD Social marks a new chapter in the history of the Stefani Restaurant Group, as it is the first restaurant opened by Gina Stefani, Phil's daughter. Gina joined the family business and was able to bring her vision to life through MAD. Taking the traditional family values that her father has instilled in the Stefani iconic brand over the past 35 years and offering her own fresh perspective led to the West Loop's favorite neighborhood restaurant & gathering space.
